Meet Chandika
Chandika is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). With 27 years of experience as a pharmacist, Chandika has always been passionate about supporting others on their path to wellness.
Her deep dedication to patient care led her to recognize that healing goes beyond physical health—it also includes emotional and psychological well-being.
Chandika’s transition from pharmacy to therapy reflects her lifelong commitment to helping people live healthier, more balanced lives. She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and brings a holistic, compassionate approach to her work as a therapist.
Chandika works with individuals aged 16 and older, including young adults, working professionals, and older adults navigating life transitions, stress, and emotional overwhelm. As a mother of two and a professional who has balanced career and family life, she understands the real-life pressures many clients face.
Her unique blend of healthcare experience and therapeutic insight allows her to connect with clients from all walks of life, offering a grounded, empathetic space to explore emotions, strengthen coping skills, and move toward healing.
